A touchy subject when the truth finally came out,
Shameful and difficult to tolerate what it’s about,
And scandal stuff stashed and swept secretly under the rug,
Only whispered about in the dark back of a pub,

And what’s the motivation to live their celibate life?
Why pedophile homosexuals don’t want a wife?
These scandals never spoken by priests or holy nuns,
Who always walked on water and still teach your sons.

They’re going to sell church property to pay legal bills,
This in a church that forbids contraceptive pills,
Where pedophile priests were allowed to walk free,
Screamed vestment clad sermon straight at you and me.

But everything is positive; you can’t change a thing,
And the holy church is not flying on one wing,
Pompous priests and bishops are all doing quite well,
They’re going to keep you from purgatory and hell.
